Memory Net: What footprint will you leave?

The Burke Museum on the campus of the University of Washington commissioned me to create an art installation which activates objects from their permanent collection. I was inspired by their extensive shoe collection from all around the world and throughout time. I created a new Memory Net installation referencing the Burke Museum's shoe collection and with input from museum visitors who shared their shoe stories with me and responded to my prompt, "What footprint will you leave?"
