“Oneness,” depicts a flock of paper cranes flying together in unison, in a connected circle. The original piece is one single sheet of paper. The paper crane in Japanese culture is a symbol of hope and healing, specifically in times of adversity. It is said if one folds 1,000 paper cranes, their wish will be granted.
